First meeting as Right Worshipful Master, opening was okay; business was conducted speedily and with no problems arising. The degree was okay little rusty, but there were a lot of people playing out of position. The Lodge was closed and retired to the harmony room for a pie and a laugh.

Festival of St John at Dumbarton Kilwinning No 18, the Lodge was opened and business was conducted the Lodge was placed into recess and we all went down to big hall for the Festival, stake pie was the order of the day and it was lovely. After the meal was some speeches, between the speakers we had a little harmony from the brethren of Dumbarton, and the fire master was funny, I still laugh every time I think about it. Just before 12 midnight we all returned to the Lodge room and the Right Worshipful Master of Dumbarton Kilwinning, Andrew Miller closed the Lodge just in time.
